Can it really be Monday already? Oh well, at least it’s time to share the weekend update with our Instagram photos then.
Friday Night

Friday night was our typical dinner and shopping, and we came across this sign at the local Target.
Saturday
He finally fell asleep just before we arrived
Saturday was our mini road trip day, leaving for Lake Geneva first thing in the morning. Christian tried to sleep on the way up, but didn’t really doze off until about 15 minutes before we arrived.

On the way home, we stopped at the Toys’R’Us / Babies’R’Us store next to Gurnee Mills looking for shoes. Of course, we had to get a few toys, too.
Sunday

As if the lake wasn’t exciting enough, Christian spent even more time in the water at Papa’s cousins’ place for a graduation party.
Other Weekend Notes
Saturday was obviously an all day event, and before we made it home, we stopped at Grandma’s for dinner and to play outside with the doggy. Papa took some photos that we’ll share later this week.
There are also more photos from the beach on Saturday and the pool on Sunday that captures Christian’s love-hate relationship with being in the water, so look for those later as well.
