New Links Posted

Ka'anapali BeachIn an effort to distract myself from the million other things I should be doing right now, I took some time out during my lunch break to update the links posted here on our blog.  Here’s a quick rundown if you’re interested.

Our Friends

Not long after I started blogging myself back in ‘07, I started following other blogs and making friendships with the bloggers behind them. In addition, the folks we’ve met IRL (in real life) during our trips to Maui have also been great and sharing their Aloha online with us.

So what you’ll see in the Our Friends section is links to blogs and sites of people we’ve interacted with and follow regularly – mainly on the Maui or photography fronts.

Our Links

In addition to this blog that is still being recreated, I’ve done my fair share of damage out there on the web. These are a few of my sites that I’m happy to share – others are coming once I finish with the new coat of paint each of them deserves.

On Facebook

We really enjoy spending time on Facebook just like the other 400 million people in the world using it.  Here are a few of the pages I’ve created along the way that you’re welcome to check out.  Feel free to Become a Fan or Like or whatever they’re calling it these days.

Where’s Your Link?

If I forgot to include your site or blog, please don’t be offended.  I literally did this during lunch at Starbucks. :P

Leave a comment or hit me up on Facebook and I’ll make sure you’re accounted for here.

Thanks,
– Kris

Leave Comments with Facebook

f_logoSeeing as most of our friends interact with us on Facebook anyway, I thought it would be neat to add a little integration with Facebook here on the blog (via Facebook Connect and the Simple Facebook Connect plug-in).

Forget the links if you not into the geeky stuff, all it means that if you’d like to leave a comment for anything we post here, you can do so by using your Facebook Account instead of filling in your name, etc.  It’s all handled securely through Facebook itself, so no worries there.

Try It Out

If you’re interested to see how it works, go ahead a leave a quick comment below and just say Hello! Let me know if you like it and plan to comment more now that it’s here, or if you think it’s just creepy having Facebook here. Either way, that’s cool.

Mahalo,
– Kris
