With the first day of NHL Playoff action in the books, how about a quick tally on how we did with our picks?

• Kris: 3-2
• Cindy: 1-4
• Christian: 1-4

Looks like Papa is in the lead after the first night of Round 1, after wins by Washington, Vancouver, and Detroit. Mama scored a point with a victory by Nashville over Anaheim, while Christian’s pick of Washington earned him a first night point.

I’m not going to get too confident just yet, there’s still a lot of hockey to be played. We’ll see how we all do with Thursday night’s games.
